The staff at Breadroot Natural Foods Cooperative takes great pride in making sure products are of the highest quality available. We want you to be pleased with all of your purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please bring the item and relevant receipt to the cash register. Non-perishable returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the return item and the original receipt. Returns for perishable items, including dairy, frozen, or produce will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Bulk, wellness, and clearance items are not refundable. Once an item has been opened, we will not accept the return, unless the product was expired or damaged. Active member-owners do not need a receipt for a return, since their recent purchases can be looked up on our system. Breadroot reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
No membership is required to shop at the Co-op! Take advantage of our Co+op Deals and Co+op Basics discounted items. If you do decide to become a member, it's only $20/year and you get a bunch of added benefits (not to mention strengthening the cooperative business model).
